Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Signed by Ningbo Companies for Phoenix Mall in Dubai
On March 21, 2012, a Strategic Cooperation Agreement was Signed by Zhejiang Purple Light Co., Ltd and Phoenix Century Plaza Investment Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, the “Anti-fatigue Optical Film against all UV, malignant melanin cell cancer ”, which was developed by Zhejiang Purple Light and was just granted of national invention patent ( patent number: c08l 33/04), will be coated on all glass windows, glass walls, skylights, etc. of Phoenix Century Plaza in Dubai. The interior decoration of the plaza will be given to Zhejiang Purple Light with priority. Costs for the two projects amounts to about RMB380,000,000.
The film will provide a solid shield for Phoenix Century Plaza from strong UV rays and the hot weather, with its outstanding features of UV400 prevention (unique in China and in leading position in the world), heat-blocking and blast protection, etc.
